Our 100% halal Meals are cooked and shipped fresh every day to ensure that you're getting the best experience possible. To stay up to date, subscribe to our email newsletter to be the first to know about special deals and promotions.

Storage

Since the meals are perishable and fresh, please refrigerate or freeze your meals immediately upon arrival. This will ensure that your meals stay fresh and ready to eat. If you plan on eating your meals within a week, the refrigerator works well, but if you plan on letting them last for a while, we recommend freezing them to increase their shelf life. 

Return Policy

Since we only produce fresh, perishable 100% halal meals, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on any meal orders. We can be reached at info@primealete.com. If your product says delivered, and you did not receive it please reach out to the carrier (USPS or UPS) first. Unfortunately at that point, the meals are no longer in our control and you must file a claim with them. 

We do NOT refund based on taste preferences. As much as we love our meals, we can not guarantee every person will feel the same. If you do not like our meals we can not refund simply due to taste.

Please note each case will be handed on an individual basis and is at the discretion of the PRIMEALETE NUTRITION Team.

Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership.
