• How are the meals prepared? 

Every meal is made from scratch, just like you would prepare in your own home, only in much larger volume by professional chefs. Our amazing team of chefs use all quality ingredients, grass-fed meat and wild-caught seafood.

  • How many meals should I order?


1 Meal Per Day – You cook a lot! You already have most of your meals planned out but you need a few to supplement your diet.

2 Meals Per Day (Recommended) – You want to be responsible for a meal a day. You trust yourself to do a good amount of healthy cooking and also want some quick and easy meals throughout the week.

3 Meals Per Day – You are busy and don’t want to cook any of your own meals. You want to get shredded quickly with no room for error on your part.

4 Meals Per Day – You are an athlete or a bodybuilder! You spend over an hour exercising every day and you are looking to put on muscle mass.

  • Where and when do you deliver?

We deliver everywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii, once a week on Fridays. Free shipping nationwide is included with all orders. You can also update your deliveries to be every other week or once a month. You can skip deliveries when you’re out of town or turn off your account any time – just give us one weeks’ notice.


  • Which meal plan is right for me?

We offer a wide variety of meal plans and some 100% USDA Organic, unprocessed whole foods. They are all dairy free, and soy free. We recommend choosing the plan you can stick to!

Meals are chef's choice (we pick them based on what ingredients are freshest that week) and change weekly:

  •  Paleo: meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit. Excludes grains and legumes.
  •  Clean Eating: meat, fish, healthy complex carbs, and fruits and vegetables.
  •  Vegetarian: beans, legumes, healthy complex carbs, and fruits and vegetables. Excludes meat and seafood.
  •  Vegan: beans, legumes, healthy complex carbs, and fruits and vegetables. Excludes meat, seafood, eggs or animal products of any kind.

You choose your own meals:

Classic: meat/fish, sweet potatoes or rice, and mixed vegetables.

  • What if I had food allergies?

We accommodate a variety of dietary preferences and our entire menu is free of dairy and soy. We can accommodate up to 2 food preferences to avoid giving you duplicate meals.

  • How does billing work?
Your subscription will default to weekly deliveries, or you can switch it to every other week or once a month. There is no minimum commitment, so you can skip a delivery or cancel at any time before the weekly cutoff.  We ask that you make any changes by Friday, a week before your expected delivery date.
  • How does your meal quality compare to other meal delivery services?

  • Is there any cooking involved?
No, the meals come fully prepared and sealed, so they’ll stay fresh in the fridge over 10 days or 6 months in the freezer. You can heat the food in the microwave, oven, or on the stove-top.
  • What type of results can I expect?

Diet is probably close to 80% of the health equation so starting off with healthy, whole foods and by controlling your calories, you will begin to lose fat and build lean muscle right away. This is especially true if you’ve had a poor diet in the past. We promote “eat like you train” as food is the often forgotten but essential aspect of getting healthy.
